Nestled in the San Juan Range of the Rockies and surrounded by 2 million acres of the Rio Grande National Forest, Lonesome Dove has year-round family activities for the sports enthusiast & nature lover alike. Conveniently accessible are skiing, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, biking or just relaxing in the cool mountain air.

We have 10 log cabins open year round, each with bathrooms & equipped kitchens. Large full hookup grassy RV sites available May through October. Close lodging to Wolf Creek Ski resort Area!

 Our country store will meet your basic grocery needs, including some hunting/fishing tackle, RV supplies, and a central Hot Tub. The gift shop features handmade gifts, shirts, and of course, Colorado souvenirs.
